Additional registration information
25% of the balance is due at the time of registration.
All remaining balances are due by June 1 otherwise a $75.00 late fee will automatically be applied to your account.
All required paperwork is due to the camp office by June 1.
There is a $25.00 fee if you switch to a different session.
There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee for withdrawing from a session. If you request to withdraw less than two weeks from the start of the session there is no refund.
If you placed your child on a waitlist and a spot opens up you will be notified via email. See the Parent Information Guide for more information regarding waitlists.
Dropping/Cancelling a session
If you wish to cancel a session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. See our Parent Information Guide for more information regarding dropping a session and refund policies.
